I see my email on here can anyone else I don't want that on the website. Just those who ask me for it personally ok. How do you take it off. Thanks Doris

In upper rt hand corner of page, click on arrow beside name scroll down to account settings/privacy settings....

Not everyone can see your email address. By default the people in your Family Group can (see http://www.geni.com/account_settings/family) but you can turn that off as well, as Ailene mentioned, on the privacy settings page: http://www.geni.com/account_settings/permissions

Thanks - I am teaching her the ropes of GENI :-) one question at a time - she contacted me privately yesterday concerning a profile. that she probably found via a GOOGLE search as she just joined yesterday -

I added her tree up to the sibling sister with names only (blank) only doing the smart matches as I find them and if I feel necessary copy paste the data from them. And she has placed pictures and dates within
and I see she has even filled in on some the about me section :-)
