1. merge all your personal profiles ie

and
Carol Gower

2 fix your own profile
ie two spouses.
once these data have been corrected we can move on .

I note that neither has a spouse linked to it anymore - so I'm just presuming they're the same ones you mentioned earlier, Peter.
