If in the course of your research you have come accross people with the surname of Kaplun/Caplun, or Kanen, or maybe heard stories from you relatives mentioning them, please let me know.
They would have been in Balti before the war.Ghidale Kaplun/Caplun maried Pesca Kanen (other spelling possible) and had my father, Sukar, born in 1921. He had sibblings, whose names I don't know.
Pesca parents were Ichie,married to Perle.
I don't know who Ghidale's parents were,and where they came from.
