John Warre (Ware) - Parent conflict - help?

I could be wrong, but I do not believe he is a son of Robert Warre, Esq., Lord of Hestercombe & his wife Joan la Warre

Not completely sourced as yet but there are guiding notes in Richard's "about", and his son is listed as Roger de la * WARRE b: 1502 in England, Somersetshire, Hestercombe

I would select the "other" parents for this John & research further.
