Thanks Chris. I posted this to the Curator Query Discussion last week. The others had noticed it too, & one suggested that Mike was aware of it.

=Has anyone else noticed that the Blue Square (Profile duplicate found on Geni) doesn't seem to be working anymore?
We've had SA users complaining about it since before the Easter weekend; so I experimented with adding a Duplicate Profile for myself: Unknown Profile: The Green Square MH matches came up within seconds; but almost 2 weeks' later it still hasn't shown as a Blue Square Geni Duplicate.

In case it was something to do with me being a living person, I tried it on my dead gr grandmother Mary Izabella Annie Mc Bride - giving her a sister: Unknown Profile. Again - MH matches show in seconds; the fact that she is a Geni Duplicate doesn't show at all - even days later.=

Yes - GENi matches almost existent!!! I use http://www.myheritage.com/research/collection-40000/geni-world-fami... to check for profiles

I've given up on blue tree matches for now. I use Geni search and the window into MyHeritage to find duplicates.

i always search everytime i add a new generation its far more efficient

Ya, tree matches are backlogged at the moment.

Basically, they never show up any more. I created some in 2014, they still don't show up!

I don't think using MyHeritage is the solution, as there are profiles and info here that don't exist there, as well as the ability to merge trees so well here, doesn't exist anywhere else per se.

Not to mention MyHeritage is full of GIGO trees because anybody can put up anything and no one else will check.

Mike has said that he's hoping to be caught up / matching in real-time before the end of the week.

Hi everyone, our tree matching system is now caught up with the backlog that we created when we designed a new queuing system way back in January! You should now see tree matches within a few seconds of creating a new profile, or editing an existing profile.

Excellent news Mike Stangel. Thank you for letting us know :)

Great news. I also get a lot of "smart matches" that don't lead to any actual matchable options. Also, the Family Search matches into MH merely lead to the subscription page for FS.

Mike Stangel - Do not know if these are related to the backlog mentioned above or not - but are merge center - and am hoping you can address:

1] When I choose "Tree Matches" those Suggested in 2015 (and late 2014) do not show a "Date Updated" (ie that field is blank) - so when I sort by "Date Updated" from most recent to oldest - they fall at the very end - and no way to distinguish order between them. [also note - when all three match types showing - for some, possibly all, of those only having a 'Tree Match', the "Date Updated" for showing here is a 2015 date and definitely does NOT match "Date Updated" shown for same Profile when "Tree Match" is clicked - and the latter is def. more correct for when the Match was first suggested by Geni - ALSO when all three Match Types shown/chosen, sorting by 'Date Updated' does not appear to be working]

2] "Requested Merges" - my Merge Center does not include in "Requested Merges" the one I created by using the "Move" function to Request a merge that Geni had not flagged as suggested match - is this a Bug or ??? [it shows in Tree view with Blue Circle with Plus Sign, but not as Requested Merge in my Merge Center]

Hi Is the Tree Match problem back as I added duplicates this morning and it never picked it up at all. I only picked it up myself an hour later.
