Can Anyone find Anything on poor ol Amos? the only thing I can find is that he was the son of Richard Sutton and Sarah Runyon ~ he lived from 1723 to 1813 ~ In 1748 he married Jane Clawson (aka Classen). It seems that they had 7 children (I thace my line back to Cornelius Sutton (1750-1850) ~ And that seems to be about All Anyone can find out about him. if Anyone can find or knows ANYTHING else Please let me know..

I don't guarantee any of this, because it has no primary or even good secondary sources - but it's a place to start checking from.

You might have mentioned that he lived in New Jersey - I had to search that up for myself.

There's a Findagrave on Sarah Sutton nee Runyon, but it was added by someone descended from Jonas, not Richard. Still, that gives you some more clues. http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=118189721
