A lot of my family tree has disappeared?

I'm having a problem with my family tree. It shows 12 generations but every generation above has vanished from my online tree? I have names all the way back to 1358, so there's quite a lot missing.. Is there anything I can do to view the rest of the tree or is it lost and I have to type it in again?

I cant see that anything could be missing since you are in a standalone tree and you are the only active user.

There is only 4 deleted profiles, - deleted by you: http://www.geni.com/list/deleted

May be you have two accounts?

I only have one account. There used to be the von Staupitz families above the von Holleufer families but they've vanished since the last time I was editing the tree. I haven't made any changes since January as the log says so I don't understand why they're gone. Are there any limits on stand-alone trees?
