I am thinking if Hinchea Barker did have a will .. that it would be either in Washington County Arkansas ..of Crawford County .. or Lincoln County .. or even possibly McMinn County Tennessee and knowing that he also used the Name Tom Hinchea on legal documents may help with the search .
But it does seem that Hinchea left most of his children their inheritances in the form of deeds and land transferrs . before he became older ... And it does appear that he may have been staying in the youngest listed son I find ... Thomas Barker household .. 1840 Crawford shows one elderly male in the household .. I think that may have been Hinchea .
