Rupen I, Prince of Armenia - His parents?

I found a website that claims Ruben I of Armenia was the son of Smbat of Lori (a Bagratuni) and Gurandukht of Georgia, daughter of George I of Georgia. Should I connect him to this couple? I've read that people believe he was a Bagratuni or related to them, but no other evidence to suggest he was the son of Smbat and Gurandukht.

Also, from the same site it lists a daughter, Rusudan, who would marry David IV of Georgia. Her parentage is also unknown, so perhaps no one should be connected to anyone.
