Where does this Lechman (Lehman) come from?

Can someone help me on this profile:

Her obituary is my main source, it says she married her husband before she came to the USA. I found her immigration record for 1914 which lists her last location as Dobra, Galicia. It also says she is Ruthenian. Why would a Ruthenian have the surname Lechman? Her parents are in the obituary as Frederick and Mary Lechman. It is listed that she is from "The Ukraine" in the obit. So is she from Dobra Szlachecka?
