Recently my relative Private User contacted me that she changed her email and can't login to geni anymore. She is asking to add her new email to the account helenevad@gmail.com
Can you please help.
Thank you.
l also have a relative, who says he does not have access to the e-mail used on his Geni-account and does not remember his password. And he says he would like to look at Geni again (inspired by my mentioning several documents relevant to our mutual family history that I have posted)
This is a relative who in the past has asked me to do for him on Geni, rather than doing himself, including sending me a photo of himself to post on Geni, rather than posting it himself. And he seems to expect me to solve this problem.
Does anybody know --
Can I be the one who sends the inquiry to subscriptions@geni.com , giving them the above info? [should I also give a link to my relative's profile? should I give his new e-mail address as well?]
Or does the inquiry need to come from the relative? If from him, what info does he need to provide?
