The "Parish" usually refers to amalgamated Parishes which are almost equivalent to the Metropolitan Boroughs described on this page. The "Year" is not the date of the change. It is the first appearance of the change in the L.C.C. lists from 1912 onwards, narrowing slightly the probable date range of the change.
