I have added to the "Photos and Document" of the Straznice project a photograph of an illuminated cover page for the Grundbuch, which records synagogue seats. Can anyone provide a translation of the Hebrew? I'll add the translation to the description of the photo.

The top semi-circle says:
This is the gate for G-d - the righteous will come through it.

The bold title "Pinkas" can mean notebook.

The middle contains people's names and terms that I don't understand.

The very bottom says:
Made and completed by Rabbi Isaak Fischhof from Eibenschütz (Ivancice)
