Ishmail (Ishmael) Bachas Baccas - Where Nana came from?

the only thing i can add is what my dad told me , he said his father Ismael was from Suriname , he told me this 2 weeks before he died . If what the Archives in Spanish Town told you , that there is no records of ships coming from Suriname at that time , then i guess we are at a dead end .

Dad also told me that Ishmael came to Jamaica at age seven with his parents , this would mean that his parents were at some point in Suriname.

Thanks for info.. Remember, i told your the people at the Archive are dum heads. They also told be that my paternal origins wasn't stored in the archive. I was able to prove them wrong when I got there.
Also we could search the suriname records. So if Nana was born in suriname then is birth certificates would be in suriname. Can you we find out the name of Nana's eldest sister? She too, inwas told was born in suriname. Private can you help.
