I am a direct descendent of Job (Jobe) or Job William Baxley who was married to Susan Baxley. I am having trouble finding out any information on his year in SC during and after the Revolutionary War. Does anyone know anything about the elusive Mr. Baxley? It is also rumored that he fought in the American Revolution in SC but I am having trouble documenting that. I would appreciate any help I can get on this citizen of Robeson County. i would love to hear from you.
