Dutton Lane, Rev. - Evidence that Dutton Lane Was a Minister

Does anyone have evidence that Dutton Lane was a minister in the Religious Society of Friends? According to the records of the West River Meeting in Anne Arundel County, Dutton was a member of the Society of Friends, but that does not mean he was a minister. Not all Quaker sects even had Recorded Ministers (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Recorded_Minister). If there's no source documentation, then I think we should remove "Rev" as his title and "Quaker Minister" as his occupation.
