Please do not enter first middle and last names in all lower cases

Hi all, just a friendly request NOT to enter names in all lower cases, for example william joseph ryan.
When entering names in lower cases only it will result in a so called data-conflict when a profile is merged with a matching profile, resulting in a lot of extra work for all of us fixing these conflicts.
The best way to enter the name is William Joseph Ryan.

On the other hand - when my 80-something year-old relative was still alive and actively entering info - he was not comfortable with the computer, but was computer-literate/comfortable enough to add Profiles and Type without using the shift key - and I was thrilled to see everything he entered, and was not going to discourage him by criticizing his lack of capital letters - not even by going in and actively changing his entries.

That is a very understandable reason Lois, but maybe other users who are more computer literate can use Caps for the names.
