Isaac may or may not be a brother to the other three known Seay patriarchs: James, Jacob and Abraham. DNA testing suggests the Issac Seay line is not related to the James/Jacob/Abraham lines. DNA testing does suggest that Hanover County/Spotsylvania Seays tie back to the James/Jacob/Abraham lines.
