Private User, who is a new Geni member, points out that his parents are unknown. It states this in the Overview. With 36 managers, this profile deserves to be curated and worked on. Can the managers and other interested parties, including Julie, help with sources and with determining which family information is correct, which is incorrect, and which is still under investigation.

For example, should his parents be detached?

Great, thank you. That should be a useful source. Where there are family organizations, we consult them. I even bought Gallup Genealogy 2009 edition (I'm a Gallup descendant) but it's easier if the family association is online and is led by good researchers!

If any of the managers wants to help clean up the Overview, it's very cluttered, maybe partially from merges of profiles with the same information over and over.
