Is it time to break the 10 men up by dissolving the "brother" ties?

I am thinking of adding another Pseudo brother to the tree in the:

http://www.geni.com/projects/New-Amsterdam-Origins-African-Immigran...
New Amsterdam - Origins: African Immigrants

Here's how it looks now: https://www.geni.com/family-tree/index/6000000013422175686#60000000...
See all the 2Xs... They don't make much sense in true GENI syntax.

The tree is getting rather large for what it's attempting to do.
I think it’s time to split the ten individuals up into ten separate families.
What do you think? It will be easier in the long run to not keep thinking of them as brothers… especially as we add more wives, may of whom had multiple husbands.
If we keep the Origins project going, they will always be linked there.

another way to look at this:
We know that the number of profiles will eventually grow to the point of having over 30 'brothers".

running totals (immigrant blacks only) {no children included}:

1628: 11 men
1630: 31 men and 30 women
1636: 34 men and 30 women

I do not think that it would be useful to potentially have 34 men shown as brother in the tree.

Before I add more to this tree, I would love some feedback.

We could always start a whole new set of profiles... but I don;t favor that solution...

Any way: The 11th man whom I want to add shortly is
Jacom Anthoney van Angola who fathered/baptized Catharina.

He is either one of the 1st 11 who was brought to NA or he was in the group of 20 who came in 1630.

We see him mentioned in the:

New Amsterdam - Baptisms - 1639-1674

1641 Jul 07; Jacom Anthoney van Angola; Catharina; Cleyn Anthony Van Angola, Susanna Van Angola

BACKGROUND:

The first free Africans
The following list below gives us the names of the ten Africans that benefited from the 1644 ordinance of the Council of New Netherland (spelling may vary):
Paulo Angola
Big Manuel
Manuel Pietersen Minuit, AKA 'Little Manuel'
Manuel de Gerrit de Reus, AKA 'Emanuel Swager'
Simon Congo
Anthony Fernando Portugis, AKA Gratia d'Angola
Peter Santomee
Jan Francisco
Antonio Cleyn, AKA 'Little Anthony'
Jan Fort Orange
For the benefit of providing a framework to capture the genealogy of these immigrants, the initiators of this project decided to consider them as brothers. If research allows us to confirm separate ancestry, this will be corrected.
Chronology of arrival
(Work in progress)

The following is a chronology of arrival for documented delivery of African slaves:
1626 : the first 11 Africans arrive
1628 : 3 women from Angola arrive
1630 : 20 men and 30 women arrive (captured by GWIC ships from a Portuguese slaver)
1636 : 3 blacks arrive

running totals (immigrant blacks only) {no children included}:

1628: 11 men
1630: 31 men and 30 women
1636: 34 men and 30 women
