I've changed the date and location of Jan's marriage to c1659 New Amsterdam.
His bride is born 1641 in New Amsterdam, it makes no sense that they marry in 1650 in France. The eldest son that we know of is baptised April 1660 so a marriage late in 1659 is quite a reasonable assumption.
