I am looking for my great-great grandmother, Cornelia Jacoba Oosthuizen, she was born Matthysen and married to Cornelius Jacobus Oosthuizen. They had a son also called Cornelius Jacobus Oosthuizen, born in 1898 and married Aletta Dorothea Griesel.
They had a strong connection in the Brandfort area.
I am unsure about the spelling of her surname as there were a lot of different spellings to it.
But according to this document it was indeed Matthysen.
