Still searching records for d.o.b. and date of departure to South Africa with wife Fanny. Any help is most appreciated.

hi gail

i'm not finding any marriage records online in england for albert and fanny.

i see on her death notice, her place of birth was entered as 'cape'?

any thoughts?

ooh, i just found their gravestone photo – which i've uploaded for you.

i also see there's a glitch in the online records for the marriage, which shows them on consecutive pages – do you have a copy of the marriage record, by any chance? came across this once before, when it took me ages to find a marriage!
