I reviewed the Buttenwiesen family records at http://jgbs.org that show Raphael (Rudolph), Abraham, and Elias in the household of Samuel Einstein and Babette Saenger, so conclude as you suggest that they are the correct parents. I have not located Leopold Einstein and Joseph Einstein who also arrived in Philadelphia so more research is needed.
