If you have been looking at my tree - yes you're quite right that is an error - and I imagine that there are many more errors in the tree. This branch of my original tree took me many hours to compile and had approximately 145 names that I'd carefully checked - then some one (or more than one person) decided to merge their tree(s) with my tree, increasing the number of names from my 145 carefully checked family members to literally thousands of names - most of which are of little or no interest to me. Because of the seemingly uncontrolled nature of GENI I decided to cancel my membership and use another service.

It was anyway very kind of you to point out the error.

I have taken the time to do some research and have disconnected Marie Madeleine Robin (Avrard) from Marie-Barbe Bajol/Bajolet. I agree that she did not belong there. Unless someone has concrete evidence that she does belong there, she should not appear there.
