Problems loading Document

Have tried now at least a couple of times each, with wait of over an hour between first couple of times and most recent -- to load a document - "Upload a New Document" [from 'Browse"] - and it is still spinning well over 5 minutes after being selected - does not usually take this long. Have definitely done in the past - jpeg, single page. Is anyone else having a problem? If not, what should I suspect?

Is there any point in waiting when it has been over 5 minutes? Is the upload truly still working, or is it lost?

Let spin for over half an hour at least once or twice on Jan. 21.
On Jan. 22, exact same documents loaded no problem - at most a minute or two. Last night - again, just spinning. Now - also spinning and spinning, well over 5 minutes.
