Is this my great great grandfather??? His daughter, called Annie McMahon in England, came to Liverpool in the 1870s and married Thomas Adams from County Antrim. Was this James Annie's father?? I know that Annie was very close to Bridget McMahon who came from the Ballina area and lived in Preston then Oswaldtwistle. I think that she had 2 brothers, John and James who were bakers in Ardnaree who also went to Preston. I think John went to New York in the 1890s. He called himself John James Mahon. Bridget, John and James had parents Patrick (pensioner deceased) Mahon and Mary Burke. Liz Ridlington
