Going back to the days of "The 1st. Crusades", to the Present Day, there was (is) "The Kingdom of Jerusalem". Established as one of a number Kingdoms and Principalities in Asia Minor or The Middle East. Though in this day and age, most of these kingdoms and principalities were dismantled... many of the descendants of those days of old still exist all around The World. Gone is the regal reality, but not the notion of nobility that made it possible.
Though most of the original royal houses have come and went... echoes of it's former past glory still comes to the surface in history from time to time and in the present state of affairs in The Middle East, the notion and/or revival of such has been a pronounced whisper... in the the possible idea of protecting The Holy Land again from those that wish to threaten and destroy such a World Treasure. Even today, a more diplomatic call seems in the horizon in the hope to secure better relations and understandings from a fate worse than death. A Crusade of Peace from which it's name imply's. "Jerusalem is for The World!"
