If they are duplicates, then they should be merged. They seem to be all private, so only close family or the profile managers can do this. It would be helpful to set the language settings on the names correctly so that on merge the English doesn't trample over the Hebrew.

A curator can do this, I believe. I will defer to one of the Israeli curators who are better equipped to handle the issue of dual-language. I've only done one or two of these types of merges where one profile is in Hebrew and the other in English.
