I need to delete duplicates on my tree! V. Friedman, married to Dad Friedman, daughter of Charlie and Blance Needle, should be deleted. Vivian is the daughter of Maurice (Marty)

V Friedman, and Dad Friedman are claimed users. Once a profile is claimed only that claimed user can do a move on the tree from where they are to where they should be.

Marilyn you might be able to fix this as a PRO.

- ensure you're in the same family group
- create a duplicate in the right place
- move the claimed user profile & merge to yours; a tree conflict will be created
- in edit > relationships tab, disconnect the wrong parents
- since the target profile is claimed you will automatically be removed as manager. You might wish to make sure the user is manager of their parents & relinquish your own management of the parents (profile view, actions menu, manager options)
