I have just noted that as well as us having a project on "Jewish families from Budapest," there is another more general project also running on Geni called "Austro-Hungarian Jews." Shouldn't there be a link somewhere between these two? Roy

Yes, Austro-Hungarian Jews should be an umbrella project.

An Austro-Hungarian Jews Project already exists, but
could certainly be revised by you and upgraded to
Umbrella Project Status.

Other Austrian/Hungarian Umbrella worthy projects.

Would certainly be very easy to do. The Austro-Hungarian Jews project just needs a little work to make it an useful umbrella project. A hierarchical set of links to the projects for the subdivisions of the Empire- for example, each constituent kingdom, plus the palatine duchies, counties and subordinate provinces. There are already projects for most of them already so really it is just a question of linking.

We could use a good Hungarian umbrella project for Hungarian towns, I think, like we have for Bohemia, Moravia, Slovakia, Galicia, etc.
