I believe these are my great grand parents who came up with the pioneer column. After there stay they moved back to Middelburg Transvaal and stayed on the family farm Woetsalleen.

My grandmother Petronelia Cornelia was one of his daughters. she was one of 10 children who survived into adulthood. She and her brother, Oom Hendik were the only ones to return to Rhodesia to settle.
