I know. Just keep on ice please. An overseas curator work on the Schreude family there and noticed that duplicated, tri plicate too many wives were all part of this SV and this child.
Firstly I spent 9 hours working solid on this tree fixing deleted partner, duplications, adding sources like bapstimal record etc. etc. etc.
Then I fell ill and somebody deleted a lot of my profiles there.
@daniel jacobus botes then spent another complete day- hours and hours - on fixing AGAIN.
Now there is this duplication due to a merge done by myself BUT I have a strong believe in 1 person fixing the merges and as Daan was the last to help me there, I am waiting for him to help.
He has done a great work there yesterday and will get to it shortly.
Yvonne - his wife had a back op - so I am sure with that, family and rugby, he just are not available today.
Could I please ask that we don't meddle on that part of the tree till Daan comes back to us. He did it correctly and well.
If needed I feel that part should be locked for curators only to work on.

I have also been involved in this area bringing in profiles with Smartcopy....

It seems like a 2 second fix to me.. merge the two Judiths and the two Hendriks........

Since when is work done on a direct family member by a paid subscriber considered meddling?
According to your curator note there are two different Judith"s.
This is quite possible Judith 1704 and Judith 1707 both the daughters of a Hendrik Schroder but then your current merge of the Adriana profile does not make sense.

If however Judith 1704 born in Mauritius and Judith baptised in 1707 are the same person then the two Hendriks are also the same person. And your merge is correct.

Peter I am sure Daan has fixed it. It is not a question of since when ---

Don it could be the MH merge but even then the problem has been resolved.
Daan then spent another day - ure en ure - on the same, ficing, merging, etc......
So dit is 'n kwessie van probeer net om nie teen mekaar te werk nie.

I agree totally Peter....MP Profiles should also not be locked, unless they are VERY well documented...

Why is Hendrik Schruder locked Judi?

Can The 'WARNING same name different person' now be removed? Or who is the same person??

First fifty years project seems to agree with them being the same persons.

Sorry, I worked on a message and only see this discussion now. I changed the information based what is available on SAG 11, and could not find any other viewpoints.
Just shout if something looks wrong.
I have not taken over the curatorship of the profiles - it just changes when one alters any of the text on there.
