Today I found a wonderful collection of documents for Moravia and I presume Bohemia. They can be found at www.badatelna.eu/fond/241
When the fund comes up go to Inventory and a mostly alphabetical list of towns comes up.
Scroll to almost the bottom till you reach the title MORAVA
Under this title are a number of towns.
I found Birth Death and Marriage Reproduction Registers for the town of Damborice 1848-1874
In the Birth Register I have found the numerous siblings of my Great Grandfather.

Good luck searching.

Sorry the site is www.badatelna.eu/fond/241/

You'll find more at http://badatelna.eu/fond/1073/

Randy I have searched all the registers relevant to my family at badatelna.eu/fond/1073/ and found a great deal. But at the site I put up I have found registers that are not on badatelna.eu/fond/1073/ which is why I put the information re badatelna.eu/fond/241/ up for discussion. It may prove helpful for others. I had not found the siblings for my Great Grandfather in Damborice before but I found them all in fond/241 Hope the information may be helpful to others.

Indeed! The file of Vsetin which was missing, appears in that link. Thank you!!!

Glad you found this helpful David.

Randy had this information listed on his "Getting Started with Czech-Jewish Genealogy" guide:

Felix Gundacker has assembled vital data from a few Moravian communities -- Slavkov (Austerlitz), Podivin (Kostel), Damborice (Damboritz)) -- which can be searched from http://www.genteam.at. Search under Indices:Jewish Indices.

You might want to check it out.

This site can be useful for finding which locations have registers in each of the two collections:

Thanks for the information Virginia andBob. Bob the registers that are listed in the link you gave me are Birth Marriage and Death Registers at Fond 1073 and Fond 241 both of which I have searched extensively I am looking for the Familaiten Books for Damborice. Fund 2098 lists the Familiaten Books for many towns but Damborice is not there. Virginia I have used GenTeam searching the Jewish Indices but have not succeeded in finding the information I am looking for. I have sent them an e-mail but have not had a reply yet. The search continues. All suggestions are gratefully received.
