I don't have any information about Abel Huse of Massachusetts or his wives, but I have some concerns about his supposed son John Hughes.
First, there another son named John -- John Huse. The elder John was born about 1619. The younger John was born 50 years later in 1670.
Both dates seem a bit edgy. Abel is said to have been born about 1602. If he was the father of John Hughes then Abel was 17 when John was born, so he would have had to marry at age 16. Too young for this period, although of course his estimated birth could be wrong.
If he was the father John Huse, then Abel was 68 when John was born and Abel's wife was 35. Not impossible. The Internet genealogy cited as a source in his mother's profile accepts it, but it would be worth verifying from better sources.
Second, claimed son John Hughes was an immigrant to Virginia. That's not obvious from his profile, but his daughter Abigail was married in Richmond County, VA in 1664. An immigration to Massachusetts followed by a move to Virginia would be very unusual in this period.
I'm going to disconnect son John Hughes, and leave the rest for the New England experts to handle.
