when I click on my name box from a family tree, it does not have "edit' & 'tree" in the box so i cannot make any changes or additions. How do I correct this problem?

Natalie is a Geni user like you, so only she can edit her own profile, unless she opens up for family to edit in the account settings you find by clicking your own name in the upper right corner.
