If you look at the rootsweb link you posted you will see the Margaret Stewart is showing as Margaret (Elizabeth) Stewart of Lennox..

It would be interesting to see the site that shows Sir John Colquhoun of Luss b. c1523 married to a Stewart,

Well it would make sense considering The Calquehoun line descended from James II and Mary of Guelders!

I've been looking further back on the tree and there is a Sir John Colquhoun of Luss that married Lady Elizabeth (Margaret) Stuart (Stewart).
