Hi, in my family also has a George Platt, born in April,1850 in Liverpool. Son of William Platt and Alice Platt (married name). But my George Platt emigrated to Brazil in 1874.

William Platt(son, male, age 7, birth 1844, scholar, birth place Liverpool),
Thomas Platt(son, male, age 5, birth 1846, scholar, birth place Liverpool),
Nathaniel Platt(son, male, age 3, birth 1848, birth place Liverpool),
George Platt(son, male, age 11 months, birth place Liverpool).
In a survey in Record Registrer Office only found a couple with the William Platt and Alice Platt, whose names her last name was Jones.
