Certainlycompletely different, June. I can't figure out the date of the GISA doc - and from what I've seen they are too often wrong, for my to assume it is automatically a good secondary source - so I'd prefer to find and work from the original sources myself.

What would the little i and ii have been used to denote on the DVN?

I agree - just thought that the whole generation needs to be looked at because it doesn't seem to make sense! Sourced and verified as best possible.
