I am Dianne Deignan Arthur and have been asked by a young Native American to help him find his grandfather Claude Outlaw. He has said that he knows little about him, that he thinks he was born in Philadelphia PA. His wife was Anne B Fisher from Tooms Georgia. This information came from his grandmother that didn't want to discuss the issue. Thus he is grasping every bit of information he can get to help him find his grandfather.
I so hope you can shed a little light on this issue. The young man is of Arapahoe and Cheyenne tribes and his name is Amick Sleeper.
