Claes Wije could be a native of the Netherlands Arnhem. There was this link that Jacobus Wije in 1633, the parents were Claes Wije and Jenneken.

Claes Wije was the son of the iron merchant Lars Jönsson and his wife Catharina Collingsdotter according to research made 1935. By the inventory after Catharina Collingsdotter I can see that this is correct.
Sources: Folke Wernstedt, Järnkrämare i Stockholm 1651-1890 and ArkivDigital, Stockholms rådhusrätt 1:a avdelning EIIa12:37 (1692-1692) Bild 14040 / sid 1377 (AID: v222328.b14040.s1377, NAD: SE/SSA/0145a)

Since Claes Wije's mother-in-law was of Dutch origin (Amsterdam) it's not a bad idea. In that case we have to find an uncle or perhaps a brother to Jacobus Wije named Johan.
