My family records indicate that the Frese family of Fresenheede died out in 1610 and a farming person named Adlehorn was given title to Fresenheede. Herr Adlehorn then took the name Frese/ Frise - I would like to know if there are any records of who this person was.
Some of these records were from the father of Curt Friese who worked at the German Embassy in London after WWll, to his American cousin Harriet Cable Friese.
There are also notes refering to a trial in which it was stated that certain rights were given to an ancestor named Deitrichen Von Horvel...this trial was held in Barnsdorf. Any leads tothe Adlehorn/ Frese name and ownership would be appreciated. Thank you
