Automatic about box ?

There is no reason why Geni cannot generate an automatic about box text given the information in the profile.
It could then be edited and added on to by the profile managers.
Very simple to implement.

Isn't that just duplicating the same information already listed elsewhere on the page?

Some of us use the About Me to summarize the facts and tell more about the person than the dry facts.

If you click on Timeline you will see exactly what you're asking for.

For each event there is an About section where anyone can elaborate and expand on that event as required.

If you are not logged into Geni you will see the About Me followed by the Timeline Events.

The presentation of the Geni profiles is vastly superior when not logged in. Pity the presentation of the tree is so full of bugs when not logged in.

AH, I am always logged in.

OK, if you use this, and the Google button, type in Geni.com in comments, you get all information even when logged in to Geni.
