have found it impossible to find out who were the parents of robert tong of horselees,dunkirk,born around 1784,i have always known who he was since i was a child but have no memory of his fathers name being mentioned since he did have brothers i believe.i also believe henry was his brother and that another henry was father to them both,this name was carried down by numerous sons etc right down to my great uncles.
