Recent DNA results, in general, from 23andme, is showing a higher contribution of Native DNA to African American descent than previously postulated. Which is interesting; I had thought it more likely to be "wishful thinking" than something that would hold up in more so sophisticated testing.

BTW we are talking about Obama's caucasian side - ancestry of his mom, Stanley Dunham.
