Warner Reunion

Hey, guys. I had already discussed it with Andrea(Warner) and we like June, because of the music festival. Some of the British relatives might be fine with 2016, but others would like more time to plan. Christmas 2016 is a good compromise, but airfares would be higher. Let's all put our two cents in and see which date works for all.

The prices in June would probably not be much cheaper than Christmas. I would go for Christmas as it will not be as hot as June, and I really think Christmas and Carnival will be more interesting than music festival.

I would prefer to go when it is cold here to get a break.

I can go either way. We need a group discount at whichever hotel we choose.

I just invited a bunch of people to become collaborators and join the discussion. We should probably decide sooner rather than later on a date; only then can we move on and begin making concrete plans, such as a hotel and flights from various countries.
