Reginald William Masters - Birthplace

I researched the Masters family tree about 10 years ago, and understand that Reginald William Masters was born at 9 Ethel Street, Guildford WA 6055; he was in a group photograph of British Commonwealth NCO's in England. the photograph is available from the National War Museum Canberra; we have a copy of that photograph at 9 Ethel Street Guildford.
