Human Family Tree. - Are we on the top branch?

And how does this in any way regard to our genealogy?

This should maby be related to a discussion about DNA, and the development of different haplogroups, how the changes happened and if so is it possible that new haplogroups or even mankind can envolve to a new branch on our Homo Sapiens Sapiens branch.. Are we just at the start of something new or are we still changing to something new:
