I am looking for my half sister Wendy Lee Carothers born on June 11, 1962. We have a brother named Robert R. Carothers and our fathers name is Philip R. Carothers. My siblings have never met me. I do not even know if they know about me. If anyone has any information or can contact them for me please do so as soon as possible. Thank you!

Considering your dad's name pops up on Radaris in Oceanside, CA, I have also found a Facebook Page with his name attached:
