The Blum family came from Alsace, France to Louisiana. Aaron Blum came with his second wife, Carolyn (Haber) Blum. Both Aaron and Carolyn are buried in the Baton Rouge Jewish Cemetery, as is Aaron's first wife, Mynette (Mohr) Blum.
